First Cross-Country schooling 2018

Yesterday we loaded up the lorry and took MAGNIFIQUE VD, ESCAPE ROUTE, DIAMOND GAMBLER, BIZZBEE GERY, HUGO and DIAMOND HOLLY on the long drive up to Aston le Walls for their first cross-country schooling session of 2018! It was great to get them all out and they were all very pleased to have a good canter round and jump a few fences. ESCAPE ROUTE was having his first proper XC school since arriving from Ireland and I was thrilled with how brave and positive he felt, so far he feels very promising so i’m really looking forward to seeing how he progresses through the young horse classes this season. It was also my first time schooling DIAMOND HOLLY who is a new ride for me this year – she is so much fun and took everything in her stride. Im really looking forward to getting her out to her first event!

My second rider Dani brought her horse BIZZBEE GERY so I was able to help her  – “Dory” as she is known certainly looks to be very enthusiastic and seriously brave so i’m sure Dani is going to have a lot of fun with her. She’ll be aimed at a 1star towards the end of the season.
